Terms of Service
Last updated July 23, 2026
These are the house rules for using Gloatroom. They're short on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask us via the support page before relying on it.
The service
Gloatroom gives your fantasy league a shared clubhouse: a scoreboard built from league data you connect, a group chat, and a permanent league history. It's currently free. We may add paid features later; anything already free won't silently become paid underneath you.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age where you live). You're responsible for what happens through your sign-in method: keep your email and phone secure, since they are the keys to your account.
Your content
What you post in your clubhouse is yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and show it to your clubhouse, that's the entire use. Clubhouses are private rooms: don't post anything illegal, don't harass people, don't upload content you have no right to share. Commissioners can remove members; we can remove content or accounts that break these rules.
League data and platforms
Connecting a fantasy platform means you authorize us to read that league's data on your behalf, within that platform's own terms. Access is read-only. Gloatroom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN, or any fantasy platform; their names belong to them.
No warranties, sensible limits
Gloatroom is provided as-is. Scores and standings come from third-party platforms and can lag or be wrong. Nothing here is betting advice, and we're not liable for decisions made on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service (currently: zero).
Ending things
You can leave a clubhouse or stop using Gloatroom any time; account deletion is available via support. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give commissioners reasonable notice and a way to export their league history first.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. If we change these terms materially, we'll announce it in the app before it takes effect; the date above always reflects the current version.
